Last updated 08/10/2026

Members can only upload music, images and files they own or have permission to share. If something on bnliu uses your work without permission, tell us here and we'll take it down.

Report an infringement

You don't need an account. If you're a member you can also use Report on the track, post or file and choose “Copyright”.

Or email hello@bnliu.com with the same details: who you are, the work you own, the link on bnliu, and the two statements above, signed with your full name.

What happens next

  • We review every notice, usually within 2 working days.
  • If it's valid we remove the content and email the member who uploaded it, saying what was removed and why. We may pass your name and notice to them so they can respond.
  • We keep a record of every notice and what we did about it.

If your content was removed

If you believe it was removed by mistake (you own it, you have a licence, or the use is otherwise lawful), reply to our email or write to hello@bnliu.com with: what was removed, why you're entitled to share it, any licence or proof you have, and your full name as a signature. We'll pass it to the person who complained. If they don't take it further, we'll clear the strike and you can upload it again.

Repeat infringement

Each upheld notice is a strike on the uploader's account. Three strikes and the account is suspended. A strike cleared on appeal no longer counts.

Knowingly false notices

Sending a notice you know to be false can make you liable for the loss it causes. Only report material you have good reason to believe infringes your rights.
